My time tracker is not tracking time for the past hour and I'm unable to reach any person on customer support. I get redirected to articles, bot or posting on the community for assistance. How do I reach customer support and is the time tracker down on the website?

Try entering your question over and over and over again after the bot responds until a real person comes on instead of the bot. It can take many times, like 10.
