Unable to submit a support ticket

The Contact/Help Button Doesn't Work. Sends you to the Community Board But won't Post in My Requests. I've tried on my mobile and desktop to contact customer support. It lets me select freelancers and the issue category then lets me type in my issue. But then it won't proceed past the please select a channel. It sends you to the Upwork community or tips for hiring but it will not submit my request. On my Upwork help center page, my requests are blank and none appear. Please fix your website as there is currently NO WAY to contact help for support.
