Unable to submit proposal on Safari Browser

When I try to submit a proposal on Safari Browser, it opened the job in a new tab with an application link. But this is an empty page. Noting show here, even after hard refresh the page, still blank.

I tried to test it on Brave, It's working. I do have not an ad blocker.
