Understanding Boost Feature

Hello there, 

I have a few questions about the Boosted proposal. 

If the client hires someone else, will Upwork return my boosted connects?

If the client takes an interview but doesn’t hire me and hires someone else, will Upwork return my boosted connect?

If the client is unresponsive didn’t interview anyone and I decide to withdraw my boosted proposal, will Upwork return my boosted connects?

The only way you get your Boosted Connects back are when you are out-bid. They are handled separately from the base Connects for the proposal.

Yeah, you get refunded even if they reply before you are outbid. Here is proof. This is the same job.
