Upwork Client should pay for their job posting!

Many Clients are posting their job for just their advertisement, getting some solutions for free, testing bots, and etc, not hiring freelancers.
Many many freelaners are spending their connects due to these "Bad" clients and leaving Upwork platform.

Totally supportive. Link clicks, clicks, site views and so on. Or when a client posted a vacancy, 50 people wrote to him, spent connects, and the client did not hire anyone

If they had the advert fee as a say £5 deposit, which was then reinbursed or put towards the project cost on successful award ... or deposit lost if not going ahead (might make it cost neutral for genuine Clients).  Also means any problem in payment method is given a trial run.
