Hey Upwork Community,

I needed to communicate with Upwork Customer Support AGENT a few days ago.  The Upwork Customer Support option does not appear on my profile. How can I communicate with the agent?

Hey Andrea, 

I want to remove feedback from my profile. I'm trying to connect with agent via Customer Support or the chat bot. I have none of those options. So I'm unable to contact support. Unclear on how to submit a ticket. 

When I go to this page - https://status.upwork.com/ and click "Report Issue" then the page just refreshes and nothing happens.
