Hi there, I'm Joydev. nowadays I'm observing a matter which is about job post. I saw in the job section that most of the clients are unverified and most of the clients are fake or cheating with some freelancer. Why this is happening?

Because Upwork allow it. Site look alive, $$ from connects gained. So it is your problem how to detect and avoid it.
