Upwork Mobile App and Agency Logo

Why is upwork mobile getting harder and harder to use? I cant accept an offer, decline a job invite, submit work for payment, or transfer funds to payoneer. Basically, nothing can be done on it's mobile app now before job search and chat. 

And I have tried to change my agency logo for over 15 times now but it's not changing at all. Why!!!
