Upwork Service Fee Is taking 10% even my earnings from a client is above 10K

Hi 

I am working with the upwork since last 3-4 years. Recently for one of the customer I am facing issue related to service Fee. 

My earning is above 10K but it is still deducting 10% service fee. As per the my knowledge and upwork blog It should be 5%.

Hi Vikas,

Could you please confirm which client/company you're referring to so I could check this for you? You can share the Contract ID where you're seeing the issue.

At least one of your clients is an Enterprise client, and with Enterprise clients it is always 10%
