Upwork Software development and analytics team should Introduce a real time freelance work solution

Upwork should create similar business model interface like Uber and even InDrive where clients for urgent work can post their work on a live tracker and freelancers can immediatly start bidding and they recieve live work request notification based on their chosen categories.

This can be very helpful for clients who need work done in a 24hr period and freelaancers who want fast business and clients can select the freelancer based on the profile header and reviews which appear as a popup when they bid.

Just a suggestion to the upwork team.

I already use Upwork to hire this way.

It is not clear to me what you think is missing.

I can post jobs on Upwork and get work completed within an hour or less.
