I think we need Upwork to step up their game on the UX/UI side of things. Yea because you don't have much competition, maybe you don't want/ care much about the functionality of your website/mobile apps. For example the IOS mobile app is constantly buggy and now will not allow us to see the original job post through the "my proposals" tab. Additionally text is misaligned and duplicated in the app. It just seems sloppy and would be worthwhile to hire more talent or researchers who are also freelancers....in order to get a different perspective. Additionally - why do we have a "BUY CONNECTS" button in the mobile app when we ultimately cannot buy them in the app and only online??
