WIthdrawing partial funds

Has Upwork changed a freelancers ability to withdraw only partial funds? When I go to 'Get Paid Now', it shows 'Available Balance' and then asks me to choose a bank account. There is no space to enter how much I want to withdraw before clicking the next 'Get Paid Now' button.

NOTE- I figured it out. Once I choose the account, then I can enter the amount I need.
