Hi Alex,
I checked this for you and the payment you're referring to is already available in your account balance. You should be able to withdraw the available funds from your Upwork account to your payment method by using the Get Paid Now button under the Available tab or by going to your Settings> Get Paid and click Get Paid Now.

Can you elaborate a little?
You have worked with a client and client hasn't paid you?
You withdrew funds and they are not in your bank account yet?
Or something else?

I was supposed to be paid on June 3 but the statement has not been received in my bank account.
