Weekly summary and account balance don't match.

Hi weekly summary for last week says $750 before the upwork fee. But my new account balance is only $492.25. Wondering whats going on?

Hi Aleah,

Thank you for your message. I see that you are referring to payments on your active Hourly contract. Payments on Hourly contracts are processed as per the weekly billing cycle. That said, your available fund of $492.25 was for the week 11/08/2021-11/14/2021 while the $750.00 seen under review are for the hours logged during the last week from 11/16/2021 - 11/21/2021.
