When are funds withdrawn automatically?

Just a quick question for you guys.

There's a schedule date you can set and an amount of funds, right? What I can't figure out is whether both values have to apply or not.

Does the date you set have to be reached AND your funds be more than the amount you set to be withdrawn automatically? Or is it an "either OR" kind of automation?

Really confused about this.

It's "both" - So the date has to be reached AND the amount.  The only exception is when you have any funds that have been sitting on your account for 180 days or more, then it auto-withdraws regardless of whether the amount is reached.
