Where are my withdrawn funds

I requested payment on 4/19 and expected funds today 4/20 for reference #296836380, however funds have not yet been deposited. Kindly advise when I can expect to see the funds in my account.

I checked and can confirm that a withdrawal you initiated was successfully processed on our end. Processing time varies from bank to bank but usually takes between 2 and 5 days. Please get in touch with us if the funds are not deposited in your account eight days after the withdrawal was initiated.
