Who's actually entering the contract as a Freelancer?

When entering a contract as a Freelancer, am I personally entering the contract as a person, or as the company information registered under "Tax information" in the settings?

Can I personally be liable for any troubles, lawsuits, etc, or is the contract set up between my company and the client?
