Why I am not assigned top rated plus badge?

I fulfill all the requirements of Top Rated Plus badge I was working pretty hard to attain it but still I am not granted Top Rated Plus badge why is that. Is there any requirement still left.

If you are referring to the job in progress, it's currently $12 away from the required amount. The badge usually takes few days after you fulfill all the requirements.

But when I open the job page it reflects that I have exceded that amount and secondly the my stats is also showing that I have fulfilled all conditions for Top Rated Plus.
