Why am i not top-rated?

Hello, I have just checked my freelancer profile. I have a 93% JSS score, no account holds ever, $1k+ earning in the last 12 months, some activity on the platform.

But I didn't get top rated badge today.

Is there anyone to explain the reason why I can't get a top-rated badge?

How many "top-rated-eligible-weeks?" (On your "My Stats" page) You need a minimum of 13

You should get it during the next couple of days. It's not instant.

Hi, As you see on the screenshot, the top-rated eligible weeks are 13.

Why can't you get the badge?

If you are meeting all the requirements, you need to allow up to 48 hours for the Top Rated badge to start showing on the profile. In case that doesn't happen, you can always come back here and we'll assist you further.
