Why did Upwork Remove my Top Rated Badge?

Hello. Today I entered my profile to find Upwork had removed my Top Rated badge. I have a 100% JSS and over 1k earnt in the last 12 months. Below I've attached a screenshot from March where you can see the badge on my profile. From that point on I got nothing but 5 star reviews and more jobs and hours worked. I was hoping a moderator could check this out and let me know if there was a reason for this, or bring it back to normal.

I hope that soon they can give you an answer and solve this problem, I imagine that maybe it is a mistake, we all know well what it costs to get a badge.
