Why don't I have JSS?

Hi,

As per Upwork policy to get JSS, the minimum requirement is to do the project with two different clients, I am done with my 9 projects and with multiple clients as well but have yet to receive the JSS. I have posted this request a number of times. Further, my earning has exceeded $1k+ and I'm eligible for being rated as top rated.

You're requested to please look into this matter and consider giving me the JSS and top rated badge as soon as possible.

Please help me in this regard.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please note that your JSS can change for a number of reasons, even without recent activity. Your best JSS score will be displayed based on the rolling windows when it is calculated. Sometimes, new contracts are added that impact your JSS. Other times, old activity is aged out. Also, past jobs are no longer considered because they fall outside the time frame.

You need 3+ finished jobs to get a JSS in most cases. Otherwise, it might show up or not.

Hello,

I am relatively new on Upwork but I have completed my first 6 jobs from 3 different clients and still do not have a JSS on my account or a rising talent badge. Does anyone know a way for my to go about acquiring either of these as it is making landfilling new jobs much more difficult?

I have received feedback and closed all 6 contracts as recently as yesterday but currently only 5 of the projects are showing up in my completed work and one that was closed several days ago is still not there.

But all three contracts have posted postivie reviews of my work and i continue to perform services to those clients.  It seems that my JSS is being penalized.  I dont think this is an appropriate reflection of my work and my customers experience of my services.

Also, I wanna ask another question. N/A is written in the feedback section of the customer whose contract we mutually canceled. What does this mean? Will it affect my JSS? By the way, we canceled with no money flow.

My Job success score has been missing twice in 30 days and I don't know why. Every means I have tried to understand why has led me more confused.
I simply want to know why my JS score is missing again. I have done nothing wrong according to the rules of Upwork and the conditions for a JS score. I have completed 12 jobs on Upwork, and have not had negative feedback from clients.

At first, when it was missing, I was told by Upwork to complete more jobs to get it back. and I did that and I got it back.
About 2 weeks after getting it back, it is missing again even after completing a task and getting good feedback.

What can be done about this? I need my JS score back. Thank you.
