Withdrawal Invoice

Hello there,
I'd like to ask you how can I get a Withdrawal invoice ? The wire transfer was successully done and then, my local bank called me this morning to send them an invoice for the transfer but in transaction history, I can only download hourly work and fee, not withdrawal.

So, can you send me a withdrawal invoice please

I am in the same boat. My bank called me for the withdrawal invoice for the recent wire trasnferred on 28th Sept. Earlier it was manual settlement but now its not possible and this money is hanging in air until I provide them an invoice for the withdrawal. Please let me know how I can get this.
