Withdrawal Method

Hello, I recently added my paypal account as a withdrawal method, but it is said that the benificiary name on paypal is different than that on the app although they are the same.. and now I am unable to withdraw any money from my upwork account. Also I am having problems completing my tax information.. please someone help 🙏
