Does anyone have the golden formula or inputs to understand how to get an opportunity to work for the TIP Team of Upwork? I have been trying it for some time and will continue doing so.

Hello Nikola,

I reached the interview stage 3 times and concluded the interviews with line up for the next round. Somehow next rounds didn't happen. So, I was wondering what could be missing in my applications. 

I will put your advice in the action however I was looking for more deeper insights.
