Is your primary target market other freelancers?

If not, you should post this question over on the client message board. A few kind souls might give you some useful feedback.

Thank you Will, your opinion is interesting I will do so. There are simply more experienced freelancers or those who have already tested some hypotheses so it is interesting to know the feedback of colleagues.

I'd expect you'd find strong opinions from certain freelancers here, but most freelancers probably don't know exactly why certain clients have accepted their proposals because they don't ask their clients..

But clients might be glad to share their opinions, if asked.

One thing you may want to do is not have your earnings private, unless they are significantly below the rate you're proposing. Some time back, Upwork shared data that freelancers with private earnings were less likely to be hired. And, you won't show up in any search where the client specifies a minimum amount of earnings.
