account issues

Hello. i created account recently, and filled out a profile overview. Today i logged in - and it was gone.

And btw - your support system is terrible.

I checked this for you and can confirm that you have another account on Upwork. Kindly check your emails to see which email address you used to register for an Upwork account. 

As a gentle reminder, please know that freelancers are not allowed to have more than one account on Upwork. As such, once you have access to your other account, please close this new account to comply with the Terms of Service.
