bad reviews

If I had a bad reviews and it is 80% the fault of the client, If I refunded him with the total amount he paid, the review will disappear?

Mohamed, 

Yes, if you refund entire amount, by then review of that contract will be disappeared.

Not at all. Contracts that are fully refunded have 'public' feedback disappear, but 'private' feedback - which effects JSS - stays. After refund the impact on JSS may decrease a little, since the impact is measured by $ received, but it certainly won't disappear.

Yes, you are correct. Actually, he didn’t ask for JSS that's why I didn’t tell it. And as private feedback never appears on profile, so there is no concern either it is appeared or disappeared according to his question.

The effect of the review on your average feedback will depend on the value of the contract. You can also post a rebuttal of the feedback providing your reasons
