well iam a top rated for 1 year with score of 100%
my last contract my client gave me bad feedback because he didnt even know what hes doing
and i did more than what he was asking for
so he gave me score of 4.25 and i had all 5 stars
now iam 83% and more than that i sent a message to support and asked them to cancel my JSS of this contract
they sent me a message on my email saying that they will cancel it
but i found today that i still have 83% score and they even took my top rated
please can someone help ?

Hi Anouar,
I checked this for you and our team already confirmed in this support ticket that they successfully removed the contract you're referring to from your Job Success score calculation. This change will be reflected the next time your score updates.

but is that mean my score will stay like this till i get an other score from an other client ?

Hi Anouar,
Your Job Success Score updated this last Sunday, August 16th. Since Job Success Score is calculated and updated about every two weeks, your score should get updated in two weeks, after Sunday, August 30th.
