i just got hired and when i started the contract ,me and the client agreed it will need more time and he said we should cancel it ,and he wont rate me bad ,will this have an impact on my jss

Yes, if you don't get paid.

In general, when a contract fails to lead to any earnings your JSS will be negatively impacted.
Others have far more expert opinions about JSS but I wanted to jump in and say this to prevent you from acting hastily and hopefully get the attention of those others.
I believe the advice I have read in the past is to refund nearly all of the milestone or if it is hourly have them give you a cash bonus or do a small amount of work a small fraction of time with the screenshot tool running (perhaps outlining what they need to do).
