I am trying to change my name on my profile. When i click on contact info it just stays on password page. doesnt take me anywhere. is there a problem with the link. I have also allow any cookies on my chrome browser.. I am trying to change my name which i used google sign in option.

please advise

Hi Neil,

Just to clarify, are you asked to add your password again? If yes, please type it in and click on the green button. 
To update your name you will need to go to Settings > Contact Info. I would also suggest logging in via another browser and try to submit your name change request. Thank you.
