Dude just wanted me to talk with his boss at telegram than they offered me 2k to transcribe and translate some images to text, this is looking super sketchy before I start I wanted to know if anyone had a similar issue or knows the company named **Edited for Community Guidelines**

Follow your "depending on" approach, and you will be the next one to be scammed.

If you read Upwork's terms of service and stop breaking them, you'll avoid most scams. You're also not allowed to accuse companies of being possible scammers in the forum - scammers obviously lie about where they work.
