Hi Samarth,

 

I'm sorry to hear about the problem you're experiencing. I checked and can confirm the transactions are declined by the card-issuing bank and not by Upwork. Have you linked the same card to your PayPal account? That might be the reason why you're not able to use that billing method as well.

 

What I can advise you based on my experience is to make sure your personal details are up to date on your card and to remove and add the card again in case you update your details in the meantime. Please also check with your bank if there are any limitations in place for your credit card for this type of transaction. Alternatively, you can consider adding a different billing method.
