I have completed several projects a few months ago, and I have received the payment. However, in the upwork status the work has not been completed. Is it because the client has not provided feedback so that my rating and status have not increased? Please help!

contract is still in progress go to my jobs then go to job that you want to end then end the contract if your work is successfully done so client will recive the notification and client will leave feedback

The client does not have to leave feedback if the freelancer ends the contract. It's better to ask the client to end the contract.
