getting paid

I finished a job for $30 and at first, couldn't click the 'get paid now' button due to a slight difference between my name on Upwork and my name on my bank account. Now I have changed it so they're both the same, but the 'get paid now' button is still greyed out. How can I claim my money?

Hi Ronald,

Your funds will become availeble on your account after our 5 days security period is finished. The funds are currently under the pending stage and that is the reason why you can't withdraw them. To view in what stage your funds are, go to Reports > Overview. Thank you.
