how can i create ticket i havent recieved my money and i want to enquire

I'm really frustrated now I cant contact customer support I used the bot also but each time after some conversion it say we forward your request to over agent they will contact you on your mail 

It's pathetic I cant even create any ticket for inquiry 

I need someone who can guide me for live chat with Upwork support about my funds issue
