i have completed 13 weeks in top rated and do not get the badge i have also earning if 1000 dollar please check it and let me know

But according to Top rated policy 13 weeks and 1 k earling make eligible for top rated program then why i do not recive it

When did your eligible weeks move to 13? (If today, give it 48 hours)
