individual vs agency

Hi, I have a small business, but I do all the work, so should I be considered an individual or an agency?

You cannot create an agency account without an individual account.  As far as your small business, your individual account will be in your name, but your tax info will be your business. Many of us have LLCs or S corps, and the only difference is how you enter your tax information. You still must have an individual account with your name on it. You can also open an agency and bring your employees into your agency if you want. Or you can form an agency with other freelancers.

but my business is just me so does it make sense to say that I'm an agency?
