inviting freelancers

hi, 

I have created a post and invited a few contractors. I am talking to one through upwork but would like to invite others. When I view their profiles and try to invite them the 'send invitation' link is greyed out and the red text 'interview in progress' appears. how can i invite more freelancers to view my job?
