need some advice

Hi! I have a job on Upwork, and the contract has come into effect, but later the client changed the work content, so I did not submit the work. I asked to change the contract, but the client did not respond, and the work was always work in Progess, so if I don’t care it , will it affect my JJS?

ACCEPTED SOLUTION

well, it won't effect your JSS percentage until a client gives you a negative private feedback

if your work is in progress, you must have submitted your final work to the client and the client has approved the amount for that specific milestone.

can you please explain a bit more?

I can't submit it because the content of the job has changed, I can't submit it because the content of the work has changed

well, it won't effect your JSS percentage until a client gives you a negative private feedback

Then I don't have to deal with it, do I?

I think you still need to communicate with your client effectively. communication is the key.

You have to make him convinced about the amount of work for the agreed amount.

many thanks!🤝
