% of fees to be deducted on upwork

Hi there

According to upwork, if i reach a value of 500 dollars with a client, my fees with that client should be reduced to 10% instead of the normal 20%
Well, I have a client that I reached 516dollares in the first week, but the payment I will receive is with 20% fees, can I just understand why? 
I tried to contact support but now we only have bots to solve situations...

Hi Nuno,

When you earn more than $500 with a client the fee will be reduced to 10% on the funds above the $500 mark. The service fee would be 20% on the first $500 and 10% on the remaining funds. To learn more about this, check out this Help Article. Thank you.
