when i post  a video on my porfolio it says is under review

because i choosed that upwork related job 

when it get activate on my profile ? 

does the client should accept it ?    if yes please tell me how  , so i can tell the client

Upwork automatically sends an email to the client when a portfolio item has been linked. The client is given three days to reject it before the item is published. If your client doesn't reject it in three days, the item will be publicly linked to a contract in your Work History.

However, I would not contact the client. Allow them to receive the email and accept it.
