problem with fonts

Hi there,
I have a problem with fonts,
i have notebook with win10 screen size- 1399x968
chrome 79.0.3945.117 and in older versions,
and always there is a problem with fonts like this

i think it have started, since i have changed(not update) windows from 7 to10
