Hi I wanted to know and need some help..why is it my profile not yet been approved whereas i was able to start and done some projects..I want to get and buy connects.and i cant add or buy because of the notification

Hi Mary,

At the moment you`re an exclusive member of your agency. This means that you can work only on projects under the Agency.

If you would like to work as an independent freelancer as well the agency owner will need to change your status to Non-exclusive member. Thank you.

Yes please if you can also do that for me.change my status to Non Exclusive
so that i can still apply as an independent freelancer.

Only the agency owner can change your status to Non exclusive member. I would recommend communicating further with the agency owner. Thank you.
