I was trying to manually enter hours for yesterday and for some reason I am getting a message that says, "You cannot add time to this contract because it has been paused." I am not sure what that means. My client has checked her side of the equation and she does not have the contract paused and everything is set up like all of her other freelancers. I need help ASAP so I can enter time and be paid for my work.

Hi Brittany,
Thanks for reaching out to us. While this contract was not paused it has started at 11:40 PM UTC yesterday. You'll be able to add your Manual time only for the time after that, not prior contract activation.
