"Get paid now" is disabled

I have availabe balance but my "Get paid now" is disabled. Its my first payment through direct contract. My identification verification has not been completed yet but I read in the articles that for direct contract payment identification verification is not mandatory.  In my withdrawal schedule the date is Jan 31 but today its Jan 29. Is this date issue causing the problem?  

Please help me on this.
