"Rising talent" badge shows me unqualified, when I am going to apply!!!

Hello, I received my rising talent badge yesterday, however, when I attempt to apply for a position that requires rising talent, it still shows me as unqualified for this required term. But why is that? since I obtained it, Is it feasible to find out what's going on with me?

Could you please try to clear your cache and cookies or use a different browser? If the issue persists, please let us know so we can look into this further.
