"This job is private and can only be viewed by admitted freelancers." Need help.

Hi,

I get this message in every job post and when I click "Find Work" it keeps direct to my profile. I recently updated some of my profile like "projects" and "skills" but cannot find anywhere to resubmit it for approval.

Did anyone meet the same issue or have any ideas about how to solve this? Thanks.

Hi Hana,

This message is displayed when a client has set the job to private. Clients have the option to invite freelancers (invite-only jobs), and these jobs are only visible to invited freelancers. However, your issue sounds like a bug since it's happening on every job.

Hopefully, one of the Upwork Moderators will join and provide more information.

In the mean time, you may want to try clearing your cache and cookies or try again using a different browser. If that does not work, you should definitely reach out to Upwork Support.

This has happened to several freelancers in the past.
