I'm trying to submit proposals but each time a message says that I have to add my address. I put my address but the same problem stays. Please can you help me with this issue. Thank you

I checked this for you and looks like the City field under your address information is still not filled. Please, try clearing your cache and cookies and using a different browser to log in to your account and fill all the fields under your location information.

Please check this help article for more information about how to achieve a 100% complete profile and go to the account menu > Settings > Click "My Info" to edit your location using a pencil icon on the right side.
