If you've been applying to formatting jobs in MS Office, you'll need a good portfolio in order to get work. For data entry, your hourly rate is too high (try $3-5/hour), and that category has way too many freelancers already, so the odds of getting work are very low. You should also do a lot more work on your profile overview (do some reading to get tips about that).
