Issue with user profile. Error: "This profile is no longer available"

Some users experience error with accessing their profile page.

I see that the issue says resolved but I am still having the issue. I am a client working with a freelancer and his profile says 

This profile is no longer available.

Everything else is working, chat, billing, etc, but I am not able to see his profile. Honestly, its making me nervous.

Please advise.
